This project involved clearing and cleaning the right-of-way (ROW) for a future residential development. All trees and scrub brush within the ROW were removed using Barkos and excavators equipped with mulching attachments. The resulting mulch was evenly distributed across the cleared area. The ROW had a width of 70 feet.

In addition, selective clearing and cleanup were carried out on the lots shaded in blue on the map. This clearing extended 50 feet into each lot from the edge of the cleared ROW. Cedar and underbrush were selectively removed using mulching machines, with the mulch evenly spread across the area. All desirable hardwoods were preserved, with special attention given to highlighting these trees at the front of each lot by removing cedar and invasive underbrush around their trunks and beyond their drip lines.
