A developer approached us seeking a comprehensive access solution for a 37-acre commercial property to facilitate a right-of-way (ROW) survey. Our team was tasked with clearing the property, which involved the removal of all trees, scrub brush, and vegetation from the ROW, ponds, and easements. The cleared material was carefully loaded onto our trailers and roll-offs, and then transported to Kleensite’s brush disposal site, where it was properly processed using our air curtain burners.
In areas with lower-density vegetation, where cedar trees were less than three feet tall, we utilized a mulching process to break down the material on-site. The resulting mulch was spread evenly, leaving behind a minimal environmental footprint with no significant impact on the landscape. This efficient and environmentally-conscious approach ensured the project was completed to the developer’s specifications while maintaining sustainability.
