A repeat customer approached us for a 70-acre commercial development project that required selective tree clearing. The developer requested the removal of all oaks within the designated blue-marked areas on the attached map, while ensuring the preservation and protection of trees within the fenced Tree Protection Zone (TPZ).

Our team quickly mobilized all excavators to efficiently grub and clear the specified oaks. The removed trees and brush were then loaded onto our fleet of trucks, which included 100-yard trailers, 35-yard trailers, and 40-yard roll-off trucks, and transported to Kleensite’s brush disposal site, where it was properly processed using our air curtain burners.

Grubbing was the optimal method for this project, as it minimized residual material on the ground and facilitated easy grading of the soil for future construction. This approach ensured a clean and prepared site, ready for the next phase of development.
