For this project, we cleared 78 lots using heavy machinery to remove cedar trees, underbrush, and dead trees, preparing the land for future use. Our team employed excavators to uproot larger materials like cedar trees and dense brush, while skid steers were used for more precise removal of smaller, harder-to-reach vegetation. In areas where the cedar and scrub brush were too small for excavators, the skid steers efficiently mulched the material on-site, ensuring the mulch was evenly spread across the land to create a clean, well-prepared surface. All larger debris were loaded onto trailers and hauled away for proper disposal. This thorough clearing process left each lot pristine, open, and ready for development.
