We were approached by a repeat client, a trusted developer, to perform comprehensive land clearing for a future subdivision extension. The project required the complete removal of trees, brush, and undergrowth from both the Right of Way (ROW) and a designated pond area to facilitate the upcoming development. The site encompassed approximately 236 lots, which were thoroughly grubbed using multiple excavators to clear all unwanted vegetation and debris.
Once cleared, all materials, including tree trunks, branches, and brush, were carefully loaded onto trailers and roll-off trucks for efficient removal from the site. The cleared material was meticulously loaded onto trailers and roll-off containers, then transported to Kleensite’s brush disposal site, where it was properly handled using our air curtain burners. This project set the stage for the next phase of the subdivision, providing a clean and prepared landscape for future development.
